What if I wish to return your art after I receive it? The return policy is as follows: To receive a full refund, the piece must be returned undamaged within 30 days. Shipping costs of the return including the cost for appropriate insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. The amount of purchase will be credited to the buyer's account or refunded within 30 days of receipt of the item. If you wish to order additional items after returning a piece, you must process these new transactions as you did your original transaction. We cannot process exchanges, per se. What if my Pattiart order arrives damaged? Each order is insured at an amount commensurate with the value of the piece(s). It will be the buyer's responsibility to enter a claim with the shipper should the order arrive damaged. |
